**Special Multi-Media Project for 2012-13**
Newly commissioned projection video with Janacek's "Intimate Letters" String Quartet
The brilliant young video artist Tristan Cook will create an original video to be projected in a theatrical setting during a live performance of "Intimate Letters" by the Attacca Quartet. The video will elucidate the story and emotions surrounding this powerful, programmatic string quartet and be carefully constructed to perfectly accompany the music. The first half of the program has the option of being either a traditional quartet performance of related repertoire, or a special program of music also related to literature, presented in a semi-multi-media format. This will give the presenter the option of having either a full evening multi-media presentation, or a program which is part multi-media and part traditional performance.
